Five Easy Steps

illustrates the quality that can be expected, and determine that the results are satisfactory.
2. Order on-line with Mastercard or VISA.
3. Fax your deed or legal description to (859)733-1742 or email it to deedplot@bwmuncy.com
4. Your plot file will be emailed as an attachment within 5 business days unless you purchase
express service in which case your plot file will be emailed within 2 business days.
5. Run Plat Pronto Reader, open the plot file, select the plot size, and print as many copies as you
need.
Notice
Deed plots
(also known as plot maps or deed maps) are not considered legally
binding. We do not visit the property nor do we attempt to verify
any information in the deed or description outside the language of the
deed or description. The plot files that we create as a part of
this service as well as the prints of these plot files by our customers
are not official boundary surveys. Our plot files are
not stamped or signed by a registered or licensed land surveyor.
No plot file prints will be mailed. However, plot files will
contain maps for 8 different page sizes. A return
receipt will be requested on emailed plot files as verification of
delivery. Unless a plot file email has a failed
delivery, all transactions will be deemed complete at the time an email
is sent. Each plot is for a single tract of land. No
subdivisions will be accepted. Adjacent tracts will be treated as
separate tracts and not entered together in the same plot file.
Acreage and acreage variance
are reported on boundary descriptions when all courses have sufficient
information for plotting.
