Deed Plot Service Agreement

Your use of the Deed Plot Service will be subject to the terms of this Service Agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Deed plot files produced by B.W.Muncy, Inc. should not be considered legally binding to any party. 

You the Client

Client understands that each order is for creating a plot file for a single tract or parcel and that B.W.Muncy, Inc. will not be providing a printed plot as part of the service.

Client is responsible for downloading the Plat Pronto Reader and determining the compatibility and acceptability of example plots printed with client's own hardware using the Plat Pronto Reader. 

Client agrees to send to B.W.Muncy, Inc. a legible deed, legal, or other boundary description either by email or fax.

Client agrees to provide B.W.Muncy, Inc. with a current email address where plot files may be sent.

Client understands that the files produced by B.W.Muncy, Inc. should not be used for any legal purpose.  The client should obtain the advice of an attorney and/or registered or licensed land surveyor.

Client understands that B.W.Muncy, Inc. has not and will not visit the property site nor will B.W.Muncy, Inc. verify information sources referenced in the description.

Client understands that distances in the description will be converted to feet or meters prior to plotting and that the plot file will display and print feet or meters only.

Client understands that B.W.Muncy, Inc. will only utilize information contained in the description to create the plot file.

Client understands that B.W.Muncy, Inc. will retain a $15 review and analysis fee for all surveys that cannot be plotted.

We the service provider (B.W.Muncy, Inc.)

B.W.Muncy, Inc. agrees to take the description provided by the client and create a plot file compatible with Plat Pronto Reader.

B.W.Muncy, Inc. agrees to email a plot file to the client within two business days for the Express Service and 5 business days for the Basic Service.

B.W.Muncy, Inc. agrees to refund the entire service fee for failure to deliver the plot file within the service period.

B.W.Muncy, Inc. agrees to refund all but a $15 review and analysis fee for all descriptions that cannot be plotted.   If the description contains insufficient information to plot courses, the plot file will not be created and a partial refund will occur.
